TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted or received an estimate from Basement 2 Finish.

Referral Reward: Referrers will receive a $500* reward for each qualifying referral who signs a contract and completes a basement finishing project with Basement 2 Finish.

The reward will be received in the form of a check from Basement 2 Finish.

Real Estate Agents: Real Estate agent rewards are offered in accordance with the rules and compliance requirements of your sponsoring brokerage. If your check is to be processed through your brokerage, please include the brokerage name, address, and phone number on your referral form.

Referral Discount: The referred customer will receive a $500 discount applied to their project contract, along with one complimentary design upgrade up to $6,000* or as determined by Basement 2 Finish.

Reward Timing: Referral rewards are issued within 30 days* after the referred customer’s project is completed, and final payment has been received in full.

Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or link prior to the referred customer’s initial contact with Basement 2 Finish. Only one referrer may be associated with each referred project.

No Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make; however, all referrals must meet eligibility requirements.

Tax Responsibility: Referral rewards may be subject to applicable taxes. Recipients are responsible for any tax reporting or obligations associated with receiving a cash reward.

Program Changes: *Basement 2 Finish reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Good Faith Participation: The referral program is intended for genuine introductions between customers and their personal contacts. Self-referrals, duplicate submissions, or fraudulent entries will not qualify.
